Matt Hughes is Chief Operating Officer at Audent Global Asset Management, LLC. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services and healthcare, Matt is responsible for providing leadership that aligns with the company's business plan and overall strategic vision and drives overall business results. In his role, he is focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities, supporting the team’s talent, managing the partner ecosystem, optimizing day-to-day operations and continuing to support a high-touch, personalized digital experience for clients.
Prior to joining Audent in July 2021, he served as Managing Director, Business Engineering & Strategy – at Options Clearing Corporation (OCC), the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization. At OCC, Matt launched the strategic re-engineering of OCC’s business processes, implemented a balanced scorecard for performance, and initialized the transformation of OCC’s clearing system. His experience includes Process Engineering, Digital System Innovation, and Strategy & Organizational Development.
